For our plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, we are searching for a Plant Manager (m/f/d).

Manage all operations of the production plant, ensuring timely delivery of products to the customer, effective management of human and financial resources, compliance with production, quality and safety objectives and continuous improvement of processes. Provide leadership to the team to ensure business goals are achieved, employees are motivated and engaged in continuous improvement.

Reporting to the headquarter in Germany and collaborating with members of the international BIA Group.

Das solltest du mitbringen

10 years of experience, minimum 5 years in the automotive industry
5 years of experience in high-level operations leadership in an automotive industry
Experiences in injection molding and/or plating
Knowledge of financial accounting and planning
Fluent English and/or Spanish (spoken and written)
Advanced communication skills internal and external
Sense of responsibility for operations and costs
Hands on mentality
